根據客戶反饋,要求協助查單的,共有以下三種情況!
第一種情況 (I cannot find where is my order?)
賣家標明發貨提供跟蹤號碼給買方后,數日該件仍然無法查詢,應該是沒有上網的狀況,這種情況,我們想提醒賣家,可以在事先提供單號的時候解釋上網時長,以免買家認為該單號是無效的。另外,選則貨代的時候要盡量了解一下目前的小包形式,預估上網時間!再清楚的表達給買家。請參考以下模版:

第二種情況:(My order hasn't arrived yet, it's been a long time!)
包裹上網封發后一直沒有更新,買家就等不及了,這種時間如果溝通不好,有一些買家可能會直接開糾紛。以下是我們客服根據最近兩個月的時效統計回給買家的郵件模版,可以參考:

Your order has been shipped and dispatched by the carrier of China Post Registered Mail on:(date)
From the current status, it is during the normal shipping process. It hasn't been arrived in US yet. Once it does, the tracking status will be updated immediately.
You can also refer the below link to get an approx. delivery date
Please be noted since this is an international registered post mail, so the shipping time will be highly depend on the carrier and local customs/taxes, etc. An average delivery time is usually around 15-35 business days from the dispatching date.
International postal mail is more complicated and slower than you may think, therefore be patient. Customs issues and taxes and causes for the delays. Be aware of these issues before you get upset on the slow shipping times.

包裹到達當地后,買家不知如何聯系取件!所以我們建議賣家朋友可以做好溝通,避免糾紛。

Depending on this situation, May I advise you contact with the UK Postal Authority as Parcelforce company by the below information:
Setup a delivery schedule or pick it up by yourself according to their instruction.

不能查到投妥的國家,如法國,英國,意大利,澳大利亞等國家,要注意溝通好。避免開糾紛退款!
同年圣誕旺季的統計時效參考:
到北美: 美國加拿大,一向比較穩定,平均運輸時效:15-30天
到南美:到阿根廷,巴西等地,一個是運輸需要轉,另外一個是該國家海關的查驗時間效長
哥倫比亞、委內瑞拉 厄瓜多爾、秘魯 智利 平時運輸時效:35-50天
到東歐:俄羅斯,烏克蘭等 平均運輸時效:25-48天
到中歐:波蘭、捷克、斯洛伐克、匈牙利、德國、奧地利、瑞士 平均時效:15-60天
到西歐:英國、愛爾蘭、荷蘭、比利時、盧森堡、法國和摩納哥 平均時效:15-45天
到歐洲其它地方:意大利,法國,希臘,、西班牙、葡萄牙 芬蘭、瑞典、挪威、冰島、丹麥、平均時效: 25-45天
其實每年年末兩三個月的時候,運輸時效會大大不如往常,尤其是小包,特別不穩定,所以我們跟買家溝通的時候,運輸時間一定要告知得比較寬裕一點。這樣理解的話, 是不是就糾紛會變得少一點呢?
